The display boards will be available beginning at 7:30 AM on Tuesday, and posters should be mounted on Tuesday morning no later than 11:00 AM. Posters should remain up until at least 1:00 PM on Wednesday, and must be removed right after the lunch period is over.
Poster Presenters are requested to be at their posters on Tuesday between 12:30 and 1:00 and Wednesday between 12:00 and 12:30 and during breaks.
Oral Presentations in the Scientific Sessions are scheduled for 15 minutes each: 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers. In courtesy to your fellow presenters and the audience, please respect this time limit. Sessions will be led by moderators who will introduce you and keep things on track. During your presentation we will provide notification when you have 7, 5, 3 and 1 minute remaining.

All presentations will be given using a single laptop on the podium that will be running Windows 7 with PowerPoint 2010. Because of time constraints you will not be able to use your own computer. We will provide a wireless slide controller, and you will have your choice of using a wireless lavalier mic or a podium-based microphone.
You must bring your PowerPoint file on a usb drive to the Speaker Ready Room in advance of your session so that it can be loaded onto the portable media that will be used for all presentations in your session.
For morning sessions, PowerPoint files must be brought to the Speaker Ready Room not later than 8:30 AM. We will be happy to load presentations scheduled for Wednesday on Tuesday.
For afternoon sessions, PowerPoint files must be brought to the Speaker Ready Room not later than 1:00 PM.
