Mentoring Program
Faculty Mentor Development Program
The National Research Mentoring Network (NRMN) is a nationwide consortium of biomedical professionals and institutions collaborating with the Mountain West CTR-IN to provide trainees across the biomedical, behavioral, clinical and social sciences with evidence-based mentorship and professional development programming that emphasizes the benefits and challenges of diversity, inclusivity and culture within mentoring relationships, and more broadly the research workforce. The goal of the NRMN is to enhance the diversity of the NIH-funded research workforce. You can register and access NRMN resources at http://nrmnet.net. If you have any questions or need more information about the Faculty Mentor Development Program (FMDP), please contact Associate Director, PD Core – [Mentoring Unit], Akshay Sood, MD, MPH at ASood@salud.unm.edu.
